Nalam Herbal Napkins is a brand of Dheive Enterprises, located at Ambattur OT, Chennai – 600 053, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using nalamherbalnapkins.com ("the website"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual packaging may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• A COD convenience charge of ₹20 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value: free for orders ₹499 and above, ₹50 for ₹299–₹498, and ₹60 for orders below ₹299.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or acceptance for COD orders). You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if payment fails, or if we detect fraudulent activity — in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• We currently deliver within India only.
• Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used packs. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

8. Coupons & Discounts

Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits). Only one coupon may be applied per order. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any coupon offer at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Dheive Enterprises and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dheive Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
